Rosie Bloomers by Simple Life Pattern Company

I have been a huge supporter of Simple Life Pattern Company for a long time now. In fact, my youngest has been wearing their patterns since she was born! They were the second company I ever pattern tested for and I know their brand like the back of my hand. I could not love the ladies running the show over there more! That is why, when they released the new Rosie Bloomers I was so excited to sew it up!

The plain version offers the perfect canvas for a sweet embroidery, whether that be a monogram like I’ve done here or a custom hand embroidery. The possibilities are endless, and all equally cute!

Rosie Bloomers come with the option to add leg ruffles in a cotton fabric, or you can choose to do what I did and use a pre-made lace trim!

There are two fit options, bubble and slim. I chose the slim option for a more fitted look. I love how the back of the bloomers comes around to the front, so you can add trim to the side seams and give a super cute look in the front!

Did it look like the line drawings and/or photos in the pattern? Yes. They are very clear, outlining each of the options that come with the pattern.

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, I’ve always loved the way the ladies at Simple Life Pattern Company write their patterns. The instructions are very clear, and it comes with photographs of each step.

What is your favorite feature in this pattern? The sweet leg ruffle option! I just love the dainty and feminine look it adds to the already sweet bloomers.

Is there anything that you disliked about this pattern? No, I felt that this was a very quick and very easy sew!

Fabric Used: I used an adorable pink and white striped seersucker.

Final Conclusions: I love the final results of this pattern. I will be using this for both of my daughters to wear under tunics and dresses from now on!
